Eligibility Criteria.

  • Helpline available 24/7 on 0800 333123
  • Continued check ins and follow up until you have been helped
  • The services are available full time
  • No appointment required

Accessibility

  • Services available even after visiting hours
  • No specific document required to access services
  • All services listed are free of charge
  • Sign language translator is available at the facility
  • Staff speak English, swahili and luganda
